Jeremy Alsop, (better known as Burpie) is an American comedian and actor best known for his appearances on the MTV show, Joking Off and was one of the recurring cast members on Season 8 and his return in Season 15 of the improv comedy show Wild 'N Out on MTV.
Biography[]
Jeremy Alsop, known to many as “Burpie” was born in Bowling Green, Va but currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Ever since bursting onto the comedy scene in 2009 there’s been no looking back. He’s opened for the likes of Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams, Dave Attell, and Nene Leakes just to name a few. He’s now a current cast member on MTV’s “Wild N Out” and “Joking Off’ before being a staple on those shows he was on Last Comic Standing, Shaquille O’neal presents Shaqs Next Allstar, and was a finalist in Kevin Hart’s "Miller Lite Comedy Search". His high energy and very animated style of comedy keeps fans interested and entertained the entire time he is on stage.
